As technology continues to evolve, many of the systems that supported our legacy fax feature are transitioning to fully digital networks. In addition, new federal regulations taking effect in 2025 are accelerating this shift. For these reasons, we’ve made the decision to retire the fax feature earlier than planned. The ability to send or receive faxes will be removed from our website on February 6, 2025.
What You Need to Know:
- Access to Existing Faxes: You can still view and download previously received faxes from your Fax inbox until February 6, 2025.
- Log in to your account, go to the “Fax” tab, select the fax you’d like to download, and click the “Download Fax” button in the upper right corner.
- Fax Services Ceasing: Sending and receiving new faxes will no longer be supported after February 6, 2025.
Modern Alternatives to Faxing:
To help with this transition, here are a few alternatives we recommend exploring:
- Email-to-Fax Services: Services like eFax or MyFax let you send and receive faxes directly through email.
- Cloud Document Sharing: Platforms such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive make file sharing simple and secure.
- E-Signature Tools: Apps like DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign allow you to sign and send documents digitally.
We’re here to support you as you make this change and are happy to answer any questions. You can reach out to us via Live Chat, available Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM Central Time, on the login page or help section of your website.
